Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By shopping with us you agree to the terms below.

1. Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Prices are shown in Ghana Cedis (GHS) and may change without notice. Once your payment is confirmed you will receive an order confirmation by email.

2. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details. Your order is only reserved once payment is successfully completed.

3. Product information

We do our best to display colours, lengths and textures accurately. Because screens differ and hair is a natural product, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

4. Delivery & pickup

Delivery times and fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout. Pickup is available at Abokobi. See our Delivery Policy for full details.

5. Returns

For hygiene reasons, hair extensions can only be returned if unopened and in their original packaging. See our Return Policy for details.
